The scars on his skin that never stuck outside of the world that made them, the way he was incapable of leaving traces of his existence behind, the fleeting touches had become a fool’s dream—thus was the Datastream Defender. [...] And then—Scott was here. Once more, the man with blue hair was everywhere Martyn went, never leaving his side despite never remembering him."
The Datastream Defender must leave the world of Oakhurst to continue on his journey. However, an all-too familiar face stops him from escaping, and Martyn can't ever run away from him. Not after all they've been through.
