“I envy their passion,” Gale had said, “the shortest relationships often burn the brightest. But they are very different people. Wyll is so sincere and so honorable. And Astarion - well. It’s hard to imagine them together long term.”
Because Wyll was perfect, and Astarion was perfectly dreadful. How could they ever last?
