Summary
Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson have been on the outs for a while now, but that doesn't mean they can escape any mention of each other. Not in their civilian lives. And evidently not even in their vigilante lives.
It was on a whim that Bruce agreed to the modeling gig for a Wayne Enterprises fundraiser, and now- Dick Grayson, otherwise known as Robin, leader of the Teen Titans, has to be the one to pay for it when his team starts to gush about his adoptive father. Too bad his avoidance of the subject could be interpreted as something else entirely. Even worse, is when his team absolutely cannot keep their mouths shut in front of other people.
Except things take a turn for the worst when Father and Son are met with some familiar, but entirely unwelcome faces. And in doing so, they realize they're perhaps not quite as different, and yet not quite as similar, as they once thought.

Tails is off to college.
Sonic is less than happy about his little brother not being in paws reach
They'll both figure it out.-------------
It started with a flyer sitting innocently on Tails’ cluttered desk.
“I thought you said college was ‘a bureaucratic mess that would muddle your ideas’” Sonic turned the flyer around in his paws inspecting the various photos of the campus and example students. They’d talked about college before, and Tails always wrinkled his snout at the idea of both being so far from home and being pushed through the linear path of college classes.
Yeah Tails was 10 when he said that, but he’d never brought up the idea again. To Sonic’s knowledge he was happy in his workshop creating new and increasingly fun ways to beat up the last of Eggman’s Badniks left over from his rule.
At the bottom of the back was a note written in marker.
“Sometimes the hoops are worth it - Dr. Rotor 214-343-974”

The village was close to a few factories, so the further one walked into it, the stronger the artificial smell got.
(Not like Miles ever had a chance to walk particularly far.)
Still, beggars couldn’t be choosers, so Miles held his head up. West Side Island was his home just as much as the other mobians after all, no matter how many rocks other kids threw at him.or how Tails became homeless (literally and figuratively) in 5+1 format.
