Summary
Homura Akemi once again is trapped by Mami Tomoe and has her warnings ignored before she goes to confront the Sweets Witch along with Madoka Kaname and Sayaka Miki. She already knows how this particular story will end... Unfortunately, by the time she is freed, Mami and Madoka are already dead. Left with a grieving Sayaka, Homura could only apologize before Sayaka made a wish that'd change everything...

Summary
Trapped in her endless maze, Homura Akemi was forced to acknowledge an unfortunate and cruel fact: she could not win alone. No matter how she struggled she could not win on her own, Walpurgisnacht would always remain an unassailable wall. So she would need to finally do something she dreaded, trying to drag more people down with her and saving people she sees as barely salvageable... Trying to learn how to trust again.
But there's nothing Homura would not do for Madoka, even if it meant expressing her long suppressed sympathy.

Summary
It is unknown why the Heavenly Gods decided to cast aside humanity and try to wipe the slate clean. Perhaps it was the lack of sufficient faith held in the modern day, maybe it was humanity’s access to supernatural powers, or maybe it was Kadingir- the horrific tower Fine had constructed and fired upon the moon.
One girl wondered with horror if it was due to the wish of one girl, the insult of a human raising themselves into Godhood.
Maybe it was for no reason at all. It made no difference as the Stardust Vertex started to descend upon the Earth only interested in consuming humans or destroying evidence that humans ever lived upon the land. This was the world they now lived in.
Still many would argue that it was still a world worth fighting for.
