He’s not sure when his life became so entwined with Merlin’s. Perhaps it was that first day on the train, seeing that pale-faced little boy by the sweets trolley. Their first potions lesson together, their fight in the Great Hall, when that Griffin was rampaging in the forest.
He hadn’t known then; you don’t see someone’s face for the first time and think ‘one day I will not be able to live without you.’
But Arthur thinks it now. He’s been thinking it for quite some time.

Summary
Keith stiffened and when he looked up again there was a hardened and steely look in his gaze, marching past Shiro and directly into the living room where the nervous pillar still waited. “I’m ready.” He said directly, staring into Lance’s face with what could only be described at earnest determination.
“O-Oh. Right. Hey, um.” Lance flicked his gaze away while they backed up towards the front door, “You look amazing.” His voice was unbelievably fond, if not stressed to get the words out, and Keith looked frozen when he registered the compliment. His face darkened and hands fumbled at nothing.
“Thanks.” He eventually croaked.

Keith incorrectly assumes the beautiful boy from his college asking him out was just following a dare, so he says yes to throw him off and proceeds to be treated to the best night of his life.

Summary
As heir to the kingdom, Lance always thought he knew exactly what life had in store for him. That is, until a dragon kidnaps him at the age of sixteen. Suddenly his life is a lot less parties, lessons, and castles, and a hell of a lot more barren mountains, grumpy dragons, and boredom. From heir to prize, in just one night.
So now he’s stuck living in a cave with an adolescent, grumpy dragon who doesn’t seem to want him there but still won’t let him go. Not to mention his annoying habit of defeating every suitor who tries to come rescue Lance.
As much as he hates to admit it, he’s probably going to be here for a while. So he might as well settle in and get to know this dragon named Keith.

Another stupid love letter. This was just getting ridiculous. Keith stuffed the thing in his back pocket, grasping his books from their place in the shadowed cavern of his locker, and slamming it shut with a bang. He wasn’t even sure when it had happened. Keith had always been a loner, and that had served him well his first year, but even his steely demeanor was no longer keeping the masses at bay.
Keith made a beeline for the nearest trash can. Crumpling the letter in his hand, he tossed it inside.
