When the creature narrowly manages to survive Victor’s attempt to rid of him completely, the lost creation finds himself roaming the forests, before coming upon a little house and its shed. Only there does he find solace, quiet, peace, and the lonely girl who makes something in his body thrum for her warmth instead.
