This is the second what-if one shot set in the Hell´s Belles universe.
Just like the first one, it imagines what would happen if Lily and the Hellp Desk were not around yet by the time Sharkie arrives in the afterlife. But this time, the is also the question: What if Penny arrived in the afterlife at the same time as Sharkie does?
As "Zoey Goes To Hell" has already focussed on Sharkie, the focus of this work will be on Penny instead.

Note: I am expanding this work to cover more parts of Ruggy´s new life. I´d say something like "I have no plans for further parts of this story", but then, how did that work out the first time I said it?
Additional note for new readers: As you may see from the timestamp, I started this story long before Ruggy and Sharkie reincarnated in the TikTok series, and at the time, it appeared that Sharkie had no intention to reincarnate along with Ruggy, or at all, so that is the assumption behind this work. (If you want an excellent story that involves Ruggy and Sharkie reincarnating together, and which also happens to pre-date that part of the TikTok series, try Scarlettopera´s "Time to Try Again".)
