Summary
“Too weak,” he spat, letting his sibling from his grasp. “You wouldn’t even be worth the time to kill.”
“There is no value in killing the likes of you,” another said to their own sibling. “My foolish brother… If you want to kill me… curse me! Hate me!”
In which those words were spoken by two different people at two different places and two different times, and they were hated for it. Their words shaped two children’s lives, and the course of history was forever altered because of it.
Otherwise, in which only weeks after the Uchiha Clan Massacre, another massacre takes place, mostly kept quiet and swept under the rug. They don’t particularly want people getting the wrong impression of Konoha, and it’s quite easy to keep it under wraps.
After all, the Haruno Clan is predominately civilian – nothing more than a small blip on the sensory radar of a shinobi.
Or: Haruno Sakura and Uchiha Sasuke are alike in more ways than they both know, Uzumaki Naruto is rather obsessed with them both, and Hatake Kakashi was only prepared for one foolish boy, one seeming fangirl, and one revenge obsessed moron – not two.

Summary
Sakura manages to stab Obito's Rinnegan when asked, sending the course of the war into a new kind of chaos that prevents Madara from casting the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Everyone's fate depends upon Sakura's game of cat-and-mouse with Madara, bolstered by a movement of people who rise to support his cause. With the damaged Rinnegan being her curse and her key, Sakura is forced to push herself and her unexpected new allies past their limits. Can she stop it all from ending in Madara's favour?

Summary
In a world obsessed with killing and dying, Seiko is mostly concerned with chasing off her boredom. The Academy wasn’t exactly intellectually stimulating, but dying in the second shinobi war sounded like a long walk off a short pier. Everyone is always so stressed about avoiding attention, or min-maxing skills in situations like this.
Seiko is of the opinion that those people need to chill the hell out. Maybe play a little shogi. Death comes for them all anyways. Better to enjoy this all while it lasts.
(genius self insert stumbles into disrupting a timeline with the intentionality of an elephant trampling a very fancy tea shop.)

Summary
Sasuke always told Sakura she was weak. Even after she trained with Tsunade for years he only had eyes for Naruto whom he considered strong. She would forever be invisible to him no matter how many mountains she toppled.
Being a member of Team Seven despite Sasuke’s refusal to acknowledge her meant she got herself into her fair share of sticky situations. Getting stuck a hundred odd years in the past had to take the cake though.
But she was just a weak little girl and compared to the shinobi of old she’d be ridiculously pathetic. Sasuke had said she was weak to him – a modern day shinobi who hadn’t been forced into battle after battle like they did in the Warring Clans Era. Obviously she’d be nothing more than a spec of dirt in the eyes of the Founders.
