The new year has just rolled over into 1985 and closet-Arthurian-legend-nerd Steve Harrington is already so overwhelmed by the new gaggle of children hanging off of him and wheedling him into being their personal chauffeur that he’s entirely unprepared for the chaos the new student would bring into his life.
Merlin just wants to know why this guy feels so familiar. And why his magic drew him to Hawkins, Indiana of all places.

Kim Rok Soo woke up in an unfamiliar room. A quick glance around him told him that he was no longer in his own world. The room was far too elegant and noble.
He got up from the very soft bed where he had been lying. Once seated on the mattress, his gaze fell on a mirror a little further away. His reflection was strange: his usual black hair had turned red, all his muscles seemed to have melted away, and his skin was as pale as a sheet. This sight reminded him of the description of one of the characters in a novel he had read not long ago. Yes, he had become Cale Henituse, an side villain and a character in the novel “The Birth of a Hero.”
He got up from the very soft bed he was lying on. Once seated on the mattress, his gaze fell on a mirror a little further away.He ran his hand through his hair and ruffled it. Before looking up at the white ceiling with weariness, why always him? Wasn't his life hard enough already? He had barely found a semblance of normality on earth. He sighed before frowning in confusion

Maybe he was just paranoid.
Maybe he’d mistaken his own reflection for someone else.
But he hadn’t.
What stared back at him from the mirror wasn’t his reflection.
It wasn’t his bathroom at all.
In fact, it showed a completely different space.
And on the dirty floor of that other space sat a boy.
