Summary
Tang never wanted to be the Sage of Light and fight demons, as his older brother Tripitaka desired. A book and a tasty meal were enough for him to be happy, but his parents and brother were never happy about it. The war between humans and demons continues, but due to Tripitaka's actions the balance has been disturbed, and Monkie King has no intention of allowing anything to happen to his family. As a result of a series of events, misunderstandings and mistakes, Tang is drawn into the middle of the war - the only question is which side he will take and whether he will be able to survive with Monkie King clearly wanting his brother's blood, if he fails to save the family belonging to the demon. Fortunately, he will not have to toil over it on an empty stomach, thanks to one nasty but charming demon chef.
