Summary
In the wake of Kamino, Katsuki is tested more than anyone could imagine. Bound by a villain’s quirk to keep his silence or die, he lives each day knowing it might very well be his last. He continues to work towards becoming a hero, keeping his secret from his classmates and teachers, focusing on making it through each day and trying not to allow the panic or depression to get the best of him. When the villain finally corners him with demands in exchange for his life, there is really only one answer Katsuki Bakugou can give.

Summary
Oscar flinches when a large hand grabs his chin. Strong fingers tilt his face upwards.
The Lieutenant finds himself staring at Captain Lando Norris for the first, and probably last, time of his life.
He watches as the man’s eyes roam his face. He can see the moment the recognition hits.
An amazed smile forms on the young Captain’s face.
“No. Fucking. Way.”
He’s dead.
Cold sweat breaks out over Oscar’s back as the Captain moves his head from side to side. “Oscar Piastri. Devil of the South. Ruthless pirate hunter who kills with a stone-cold face.”
“They say he will have his sword stabbed through your chest before you even realize it’s him.” Intrigued, the Captain lets go off his face, crouching down in front of him.

Summary
Oscar had never really put all that much thought into his status as a beta.
As a beta, his secondary sex didn't put anywhere near as much of an effect on his every day life in the way that being an alpha or omega would. He didn't experience heats or ruts, and well… his ability to scent was baseline. His own scent was mild and even, much less prone to souring. In turn, he wasn't as affected by the scents of others either. It meant he had a pretty easy time on the track, all things considered.
