Summary
Arthur had a little bit of time to raise the near feral Atlantean child before he took on the kid as his trusty sidekick Aqualad.
They're not yet familiar with each other, not quite family, but Garth isn't blind to the support an ally provides, and Arthur isn't about to leave a child to fend for himself in the open ocean. The first few months are hard, but Arthur is slowly carving out a space for the child Atlantis rejected in his own home.

Pandemonium's hierarchy resembles that of bees, though perhaps a bit more elaborate. Genai is a reluctant drone, a station meant to provide the queen with breeders, but he schemes to escape and join the ranks of soldiers. Within the soldiers ranks, he meets a group of enigmatic demons willing to disguise him as one of their own. Minor Au pre rebellion, minor a/b/o themes

Summary
Arthur wasn't Garth's father, he also wasn't not his father either. It was complicated, but Garth had already committed to getting the man something for the surface world holiday dubbed 'Father's Day'. Unfortunately, gift giving had not been in the curriculum on his training to become a 'real boy' (Roy's words, not his).
Or,
5 times someone helped Garth find a gift for Father's Day, and 1 time Garth helped someone do the same.

Summary
“There are no laws to protect us! No one has any idea what we’re doing, no one cares, I could die tomorrow, and no one will miss me! We have the backs of the Justice League, but who has ours?”
_The rise of the superhero age on Earth has brought forth a lot of questions regarding the ethics and legalities of what it means to be Earth’s last defense. The establishment of the Justice League of America brings these conversations to light, and gets the public used to the ideas of Batman and Wonder Woman being seen on the street. Sometimes it’s useful, Superman stops the destruction of Metropolis at least once a week. Most people trust and depend on the new foundation of heroes. Unless you find yourself to be in the Robin trying to talk to civilians and get them out of dangerous situations. Or Speedy trying to get into a club to chase down a pickpocket. Even Wonder Girl isn’t immune to a bad math test at 10 am after a night of patrol. No one really knows what to do with young heroes. Without guidance or proper nurturing, the teens will find ways to have the life experiences that they need to develop into proper members of society, weather as civilians or as the new heroes of tomorrow.
