Summary
Tim’s calender should be stuck in March 2017, when he stopped changing it. Or maybe not long before that, if he dreamt that. Either way, it should be at the very least after July 2016.
Instead, his calendar displays October 2015. Tim knows he threw out his 2015 calendar at the end of the year, it shouldn't be in his flat, much less hanging on his wall.
Either he dreamt all of that- Prentiss, Jon’s paranoia, Not-Sasha, Elias being evil, The Circus, The Unknowing- or he died at the unknowing and traveled back in time.

When Izuku gets hit by a quirk transforming people into cats, it accidentally latches onto one of the vestiges inside him. The next thing Izuku knows, he’s holding a white kitten with green eyes and the First User’s voice has vanished from his mind.
The cat gets along great with Inko, All Might, Aizawa, and all of class 1-A, but keeps hissing at and scratching his father.
Hisashi/All for One would like to know why this cat’s stare of disdain looks exactly like his younger brother’s.

Izuku is a ghost to society.
Not that he minds, of course. It’s what’s best for everyone. If he had it his way, he would fade from the world altogether, be a blissfully average person with a blissfully average life. However, there are 4 glaring problems with this wish:
1. The spirits that only he can see, who seem to both hate him and always need his help at the same time.
2. The closest thing he has to a parental figure is a sentient tree.
3. The frankly terrifying not-quirk that he can barely control, that has an irritating tendency to knock the shit out of anyone who so much as breathes wrong in his direction.
4. The fact that he’s somehow accidentally become a vigilante, which is attracting way too much attention in his opinion.Meanwhile, Eraserhead just wants to find his kid. But bringing him home may be a little harder than he thinks…
(Or, two heroes, two heroes-in-training, and one very persistent spirit try to convince Izuku that he’s not a monster to varying degrees of success.)

Summary
For the life of him, Izuku could never figure out why his brother avoided him. An invisible barrier that Izuku could never break through Shouta was ever - present but never - actually - there. Perhaps it was something ominous, or maybe it was simply his heroism in the shadows.
But after his father’s death and his mother’s slow fading, the denial became unbearable. Izuku must confront the gap between Shouta and himself, as well as the truth about his family, when he moves into Shouta's household years later.

So there were two options. Option 1: It was a very stubborn dream. Option 2: It was all real. Secret Option 3: Izuku was under the effects of a quirk. Secret Option 4: He was in his last moments and hallucinating vividly about his middle school years as his life slowly slipped away. Secret Option 5-
Suffice to say, there were probably very many, very logical reasons behind all of this. But he had to be true to himself….
It was most likely a dream. A very long, very realistic, well-constructed dream."

Izuku Midoriya is sent back to the past with nothing but the memory of fighting Overhaul and protecting Eri. Believing this to be a dream or the effect of a quirk, he misses his chance at latching onto All Might's leg, thereby missing his chance at receiving One For All.This changes things, but also doesn't change much at all.
