Yu and Tithi spun on their heels to see a group of much older men sneering down at them. They were all beanies and ripped clothing, practically the stereotypical thugs.
Tithi anxiously hid behind Yu.
“Oh, we didn’t realize anyone came here. We were just looking for a place to battle, that’s all.” Yu explained cheerfully. “If this is your guys’ space, we’ll find somewhere else.”
“No, no, no, stay a while.” One of them smirked.
Yu and Tithi began to sweat as they realized the group was beginning to block the entry way.
