As she earns her place among legends like Captain Price and Soap, she and Simon begin to rediscover the bond they once shared. Between gunfire and quiet moments, laughter returns—tentative, rare, and healing. And with it, the possibility of something deeper.
In this emotionally driven, slow-burn fanfic, two souls scarred by war find each other again—not just as comrades, but as something more.
