    Midoriya Izuka is born with a powerful and destructive quirk, and puts herself regularly against Bakugo Katsuki as his rival in schooling.

    But casual curiosity and a little aggression lead to a disaster that nearly takes a life, and leaves everyone a little changed for the worse.

    Midoriya must find her way back to peace of mind and faith in herself and her quirk, to be the hero she has always wanted to be. The hero everyone believes she can be.

    But that way is fraught with those that would pull her to the wayside and make a villain of the girl, twisting her precarious world view to suit their own wills in a bid to destroy society and reshape it in their image.
