Summary
“You want to know what happened.” Luo Binghe is mimicking him, answering Mobei-jun’s statement style of questioning with his own. It’s mildly infuriating.
“My recollection of the event is… Vague,” Mobei-jun admits. “I hoped that Junshang could provide clarity on the matter.”
“Yes, I think there are a number of things that need clarifying,” Luo Binghe says coldly, rising from his throne. A wave of killing intent rolls off him, and Mobei-jun is momentarily stunned; he hasn’t felt it directed towards him in a long time. “Such as how long Mobei-jun has been harbouring a God in his house.”

Maybe he can confess a bunch of little secrets. Maybe it will count enough for one big secret, and he can finally be all better.
“M-My king…” He managed to reach out and grasp at a sleeve. "T-The poison, it is more of a curse," he explained, coughing and wheezing a few breaths. Mobei-jun immediately rubbed his chest and back, soothing some of the aching. "I have to... reveal some secrets. Will... Will you listen?"
"This king will listen. All of Qinghua's secrets will be safe."

Shang Qinghua gets poisoned during court and must confess his deepest secrets to Mobei-jun to be rid of it. In his feverish state, he ends up revealing more than he wanted to. -
