Summary
Dominique Luca finally bought a house. But, now he has to renovate it. The start of a long needed four day weekend, he gets a head start - only for his plans to get derailed after a quick trip to a coffee shop in the neighborhood.
Harper is just trying to make it to Saturday, when she has a scheduled girls night with her besties. After a late work night, Harper heads in for coffee later than usual, and meets a pair of blue eyes that threaten to drown her.
Read as these two go through such cute moments, friendly shenanigans, hardships, and past hurts that threaten to make a reappearance.
Title is a song by Kirby (highly recommend)

Summary
In August of 1969, mystery solving teenagers Fred, Daphne, Shaggy and Velma mourning the end of their summer vacation when both Fred and Shaggy are drafted into the Vietnam war. For Shaggy, going into a war would violate his pacifist nature; it's kill or be killed, after all. And Fred is so terrified of dying that he doesn't want to go either.
Daphne -- Fred's now fiancée -- would follow him to the end of the earth if he asked. Velma doesn't know a life without her friends, and she never wants to. So, together the four friends and their Great Dane, Scooby, run away together to solve mysteries across the country.
Nothing bad can happen to them as long as they have each other, right?
