The only problem was the stupid rule that Hua Cheng had set for him: Not to turn any citizen of the City into ghost soldiers.
So when he hears rumors about a fresh, supposedly powerful, and resentful corpse on the outskirts of Yong'An – definitely outside of Ghost City's territory – it's not a difficult decision to abandon his duties and set out on a journey to find a new Ghost General.
