Summary
After his father’s death, Butsuma becomes leader of the Senju. Soon after, he receives a letter from the Uchiha proposing a meeting. Intrigued, he accepts.
During the encounter, the Uchiha chief, Saka, requests a ceasefire and provisions to survive the winter. In exchange, he offers one of his sons as a pledge. Butsuma is wary, but eventually agrees after also demanding a portion of Uchiha lands.
