“Did you hear?” Jimin’s voice brings him out of his thoughts. He peeks up at him, then, a slight furrow in his brow. “They’re apparently going to try to get the emperor to choose a mate for himself.”
He snorts at the mere idea. “He’s been the emperor for several years now. If anything, he seems more concerned with executing people than with continuing his bloodline,” he says wryly.
“I bet he’s executed more people in three years than his father did in his entire time reigning over the country.”

Summary
Hoseok worries quite a bit about Yoongi.
He works incredibly hard as a detective and he’s seen the various horrors of the world. Bloody crime scenes are commonplace for him, as well as fatigue from overworking. He doesn’t say it out loud, but Hoseok knows all too well that he gets stressed and he sometimes doesn’t know how to cope with it.
That’s why he has something planned for tonight. It’s Friday and he just so managed to get out of class early, so he took the opportunity to drop by the grocery store and a local business that specializes in bath products and used the spare key Yoongi gave him to wait inside his home for when he gets off of work.

Yoongi, being the head detective in his faction, was assigned to gather some statements from the students of Korea National University of Arts after a nasty assault. That day, he had walked into one of the many dance studios to ask a particular student about what she had witnessed. She was there, yes, but the sight that befell him made him stop in his tracks.
A beautiful young man with fluffy chestnut hair and honey skin, wearing a loose t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants, was dancing in the middle of the studio. His movements were incredibly smooth, almost as though he was boneless. He hit every beat that the song had effortlessly, all while having a bright grin on his face.
He knew he was fucked from that moment forward.

Dustin always found the summer to be a bit of a paradox, wonderful yet terrible at the same time. It was wonderful because school would be out and he would be able to do whatever he damn well pleased, like staying up till five in the morning several nights out of the week, but the bad… it was bad. Hoseok only has vague memories of the time before Yoongi. What he does remember is mostly abstracts of emotions and thoughts, anything concrete long weathered down by the sands of time. He remembers- loneliness. Dissatisfaction. This feeling of never being enough- enough for himself, enough to love.
He knows he'll never feel that way again.

Yoongi wasn't sure exactly what it was- maybe the alcohol in his system, maybe the years of pining for and lusting after Hoseok, maybe that fucking tank top Hoseok was wearing, maybe the fact that Hoseok had honest-to-god just ground his ass against his incredibly hard dick, but it was at that moment that his well-cultivated restraint fucking snapped.
