Summary
"What is 'all of this' that I've found my way into?" Roy asks and Oliver looks around and raises his arms indicating to the room in general.
"The secret, the team, whatever else this is." Oliver says and Roy looks at him for a moment trying to decide exactly what Oliver means.
Could Oliver possibly mean what it sounds like he means? Roy was trying to find any other option but he kept coming up blank. He could spend a lifetime trying to guess. Oliver was a complicated and confusing man at the best of times. He needed to hear what he meant from the horse's mouth, sort of speak.
"The whatever else is what I'm asking about." Roy says carefully. Oliver looks at him for a moment.
What was this whatever else? Oliver had never had anything but perhaps passing appreciation for other men. He noticed when they looked exceptionally good, when they were ridiculously attractive. He could appreciate that the male form was pleasing to the eye. What he couldn't understand was why Roy was a consistent trigger for these thoughts. He couldn't figure out what it was about Roy that was occupying his thoughts in ways he wouldn't normally have thought possible.
