Summary
Third class apprentice engineer Charlie Hood is sent out to recover what seems at first to be a regular broken piece of old tech. However it quickly becomes apparent that this piece of old tech is a still functioning weapon created by the ancients. Word is spread and Charlie finds himself hunted by various groups wanting the weapon for themselves, with the unlikely help of two vigilantes Charlie must make it back to London with this weapon.
