Summary
Picture, if you will, a shiny new High General Obi-Wan who has just been given control of the GAR on the logic he's the only Jedi with war experience. Except he's never actually organized an army before, and he needs help.
Enter Co-High General Jocasta Nu, who runs the GAR like she would the Archive. Everything organized and cataloged, her precious Collection now expanded to include the entire GAR.
And well, she's a librarian....
The Sith never stood a chance.

Summary
Helpless and desperate, Clone Commander Cody sacrifices what little autonomy he has to protect the Vod, his brothers. Trapped under a natborn with the power to have him killed with a word, Cody gives up everything to carve out a life for his people.
…
Poor Cody goes through a *lot* but everything works out in the end!

Bookmarker's Notes
Kenobi clenched his jaw. “That is how you thought I saw you?” Rage boiled beneath the man’s crossed arms. “What was I to you then?”
Cody made peace with his end. “You were access to power I didn’t have on my own.”
No matter how many promotions he earned, how hard he worked, or how much he sacrificed, he would never have the power to keep his vod safe from the natborns. With two clicks on his tablet, the General could save countless lives, improve the clones’ daily existence, give them hope. These were luxuries Cody could never reach on his own. These were powers worth giving up a dream of bodily autonomy for.

Summary
The code of a clone is a simple thing: you were made to die for the Republic, for the Jedi. Make the most of the time you have before that.
Cody, who picked his own name, who paints his armor in simple brush strokes, whose hand has never fit anything more perfectly than a blaster grip, figures out how to make the most of it.
And maybe there's a matchmaking lightsaber somewhere in there to help along the way.

Bookmarker's Notes
Halfway there, his feet operating on muscle memory alone, Cody abruptly remembers his paint. Or, more importantly, his lack thereof.
Kriff, he doesn’t know if he can take it today. One disappointment after another, too many prying eyes, not enough sleep, and far too much unspoken judgment.

Summary
Vader is a technical genius, it is a well-known fact. So, following his defeat at the hands of his old Master on Mustafar and the rise of the Empire, Vader executes his greatest act of genius to prove his dominance: he creates an artificial intelligence modeled after Obi-Wan Kenobi.
After the rise of the Empire, nothing remains of Commander Cody except for CC-2224, just another rank-and-file stormtrooper among many. He goes where he is told to go, shoots where he is told to shoot, and doesn't question it because good soldiers follow orders.
A droid told to be human meets a human told to be a droid. They meet somewhere in the middle.

Bookmarker's Notes
It’s such a dominant show of power that it hurts. This is what Anakin Skywalker has become: the boogeyman, the monster, the symbol of loss where before his youthful face brought hope to the Republic whenever they saw it. This is what lurked beneath the whole time, because Cody refuses to believe that a man can change that much in such a short amount of time. At his core, Skywalker was powerful, and that power was all that defined Vader now.
