Nick Fury sez to M, Jack Ryan, Phillip Broyles, Napoleon Solo, Illya Kuryakin, Chief, Jim Sterling, Methos, Mycroft Holmes, and Rupert Giles: "So, this Loki sh*t is going down for real, folks. If you're holding heroes in reserve, now's the time." And the conversation takes some very weird turns from there.
This was written when the first full trailer for The Avengers (2012) was all we had to go on about Loki's threat to the Earth.
I have no idea how else to describe this bit of crossover insanity... all I can say is it could have happened this way, in some universe.... It's short, just read and enjoy! :)
