Summary
After months in the clutches of the Regent’s hands and despair dragging him under, Damen has been rescued and brought back to Marles where he and Laurent rule together as intended. However, the baggage that Damen brings back doesn’t just stop at the trauma inflicted on him, but is instead transfixed in the shape of a six year old Patran child who he’s taken under his wing.
