Beaufort grinned, scratching his beard. God, he must work out. With every stretch of his body as he righted himself and placed his hands on his hips, Dan's eyes flitted between his arms and his chest, seeing his button-up shirt straining against his skin. He said some sort of goodbye to Dan and walked off, a real treat for him, since his eyes locked onto his ass, which too seemed to be entirely too big for his clothing. A lot of Dan's time in the office once he finished his work was spent fantasizing. It was easy to stare at a computer screen and type garbage for a while. Not all of his fantasies revolved around Mr. Beaufort, but he was the nearest and most readily accessible in his mind to sexualize. He didn't think he had any actual affection for the guy, he found him entirely annoying, which only made him hotter.

‘I’m not joking,’ Joel spat. ‘I’ll get you fucking done for this.’
Nick turned to Joel, his eyes doing a quick top-to-bottom skim that made something hot strike Joel’s gut like a suckerpunch.
‘Orrr,’ Nick said slowly, tilting his head on one side with that obnoxiously attractive little smirk. ‘You could get fucking done, and shut your little bitch mouth.’
Joel sucked air sharply through his teeth as a ripple of laughter circled the room. Everything felt a little too loud all of a sudden, his senses prickling. The music throbbed against his skin, low rhythm pulsing in his ears, off-kilter with his pounding heartbeat.
‘What the fuck did you just say to me,’ Joel breathed.
Nick’s eyebrows rose as he hooked his thumbs into his belt loops, and he looked Joel up and down with a slower, more deliberate eye.
‘Like you weren’t asking for it, going out like that,’ Nick said with a smirk.
