"I have to tell you guys something," Their father says a moment later, pausing for a second.
"It was Mark who stole the beers from the fridge the other day." Donghyuck blurts out before their father can continue. "What the fuck? I never stole anything!" Mark shouts, turning to face his younger brother before he hears their father sigh loudly. "Sorry," Mark mutters, shooting a glare at Donghyuck.
"I have something to tell you guys." He begins again, eyes fixed on Donghyuck, telling him not to interrupt with his eyes. Immediately, worry floods through Mark. It was unusual enough their father was calling both Donghyuck and him to "talk".
"I've been seeing someone for the past couple of months," He says after a moment of silence, his cheeks pinking. "And I would love it for the both of you to meet him."

Unfazed and for some weird reason looking extremely calm and collected, Jaemin put down his drink before opening his mouth once again.

"Oh wait, he follows you though? Doyoung, obviously, I mean. No offence." Taeyong said, sending a quick smile to Donghyuck.

“And say what?!” Lucas spluttered, almost falling out of his seat. School seats were the worst - they were hard and barely big enough to fit Lucas. He had lost count of the way too many times he hit his knees on his desk when trying to stand up in a hurry.
“The shit you always tell me! That you think his eyes hold the galaxy and his smile could end world hunger, his laugh is the most adorable thing in the world and you want it as your ringtone and alarm!” Hendery whisper yelled, his already large eyes getting bigger and bigger as he shrieked at Lucas.
Basically, Lucas is whipped for a certain Mark Lee.

He finally looks at him, turning fully in his swiveling leather chair. His eyes bore into Jaehyun's with a new, unfamiliar intensity.
It is then that Johnny Suh, his Number One Arch Enemy, his smug, tantalizing, (unfairly rich & handsome) adversary, the man with whom Jaehyun is competing for the vice-CFO position, the man he's been dreaming of murdering using different office machines, including the air conditioning remote, (the man who’s goddamn muscular hands, pressing Jaehyun down into the hard mahogany of his office desk until he leaves bruises, he’s been kind of, maybe, perhaps, for all he knows, just a little, fantasizing about-)
opens his perfect mouth and says,
"Jaehyun, I'm asking you out. On a date. This Saturday. With me."
Johnny holds his eyes for a second longer, then drops his gaze, as though he can't look at Jaehyun anymore. His cheeks are redder that they've ever been.
And Jaehyun - he tries, really, but it just can't be helped.
He bursts out laughing.
