Summary
After 17 months alone at St. Andrew's Military School in Scotland, 15 year old Roman Roy returns to a family vacation in Mykonos, equipped with a million and one new things wrong with him. After Shiv catches Roman purging after lunch, the siblings begin a summer long competition to see who can lose the most weight by the end of the summer. it is tossed by the waves but does not founder.Gregory Hirsch, now Roy, has not seen Tom Wambsgans in over a year. They have not spoken nor texted a single word to each other, and all he knows is that his superior is somewhere around the globe, working hard to make Matsson happy. He knew, obviously, that he would come back someday, he just hadn't expected it to happen at the RECNY.
And he hadn't expected him to accidentally overdose, hadn't expected all the unhealed scars all over his body, the limp when he walked, the hollow cheeks or the worryingly dark eyebags.
And Tom? Well, personally, he's not sure what he expected.
