“I missed you so much. ” He spoke at first hesitantly, like he was too excited to say anything. “I couldn’t stop thinking about you. Every day in that hell, you were like my shining light, you know? My sun.” This Mark rambled on, “But I'm so hungry. I ate them all, but it was never enough, never enough .” Dark and unblinking, his eyes bore into Scott’s, feeding on the panic they found there.
Sinister Mark returns from the desert planet. He comes back more deranged in the head than he was before. It is a horrible, yet beautiful thing for both of them.

His injured leg buckled, and he dropped to his knees, collapsing on top of Mark, nearly straddling him. Without hesitation, Scott leaned down and gripped Mark’s neck with both hands, rough and trembling with rage. Scott didn’t care if this would kill him or not, he just wanted to hurt him. But before he could tighten his grip, Mark started to speak.
“You must think about me a whole lot, don’t you?” Mark said with a sly grin, tilting his head slightly. Scott froze, his hands still— resting on Mark’s throat hesitantly. He raised an eyebrow, both surprised and disgusted by the unexpected remark. “What?” he snapped.
“A lot of people hate me, but altering your body to have a chance to really kill me well, that makes me feel kinda special.” He fluttered his lashes in mock innocence, a smirk tugging at his lips.Powerplex has a run-in with Sinister Mark during the Invincible War. This particular Mark proves everything bad he believes about Invincible to be correct, causing Scott to finally admit what he really wants.

One particular variant catches his eye, the one in the Viltrum Empire getup. He's strong. Sinister Mark is impressed.
To satisfy his boredom, he decides to pursue him. Somehow, it turns sexual. Not like he's complaining.

“C'mon, have a taste. You've earned it.”
When he didn't immediately comply, the cannibal shook his head and, without warning or hesitation, stepped forward and shoved his bloody fingers into Mark's mouth. The heir gagged and tried to pull away, but a firm hand grabbed the back of his head and kept him still, pushing his fingers deeper. The cannibal smirked, another clink reminding the heir who he just saved, and how much he was going to regret it later on.
“Good boy. Now, let's eat.”
