Summary
Maximilian Goof, a brave knight that embarks on a journey to rescue his father from the clutches of a dark sorcerer. As battle rages on, Maximilian suffers a grievous injury and plunges into a frozen lake.
Convinced all is lost and his quest has failed, he's shocked to awaken beside his father. However, his father's garb is unfamiliar, and his words, though somehow intelligible, are laced with an otherworldly tone. The room is bathed in light, surrounded by strange contraptions that bewilder Maximilian. Yet what startles him the most is the way Bradley—his longtime friend—looked at him as if he had done the most annoying thing in the world.
Max Goof, Bradley's old childhood friend, had decided to trespass into the Uppercrust's villa in a desperate attempt to restore their friendship, hoping to find the matching necklace he had lost.
With the necklace in hand and hope in his heart, he tried to skate on the road despite the heavy rain. When he woke up, he was in a dimly lit room, lying on the largest bed he'd ever seen. He was surprised to see Brad wearing strange clothes and speaking in an odd language, but what surprised him the most was the concern etched on Bradley's face.
