Summary
Sometimes, doing the impossible is less of his mother's motto and more of a birthright that Jin Rulan was born to. But if saving his favorite uncle from a town that only one person has ever convinced it to let go requires him sneaking out the locations from one of his other uncle's desks, figuring out how to steal someone from the greatest warded area of the Lan Clan in the U.S., and taking him across most of the country to rescue his uncle, that wasn't that hard.
Now, convincing himself that this guy was the feared Patriarch of Necromancy, able to hold off entire armies, had kidnapped multiple people into one of the worst places on earth, and was in general the horror story about why you shouldn't step off the beaten path? That was impossible.
"The worst thing about the curse, out of the long list of worst things, was how silent it made the world."

Summary
Yu Ziyuan watches over her son. She knows this is it. Their allies will not hear about this attack soon enough to help, and there isn’t a single surviving Jiang disciple here to help their Sect Heir get away. Wei Wuxian may have had a drop more of filial piety than she thought him capable of (which was none at all), but that child was selfish before he was even arrogant. He would never risk his own lowly life for the sake of one of his betters.
Except that Wei Wuxian does come. With a Wen traitor in his tail, he comes back and gets her son. He even—he even fights to get their bodies back, Jiang Fengmian’s, and Yu Ziyuan’s as well. It’s too risky, insane even, and both conscious boys come to agree that they cannot manage it.
But the little beast came back, and he tried… he tried to save her, too.
Yu Ziyuan watches, and is torn.

A comic about Xichen as a dragon and marrying streamer Nie Huaisang. It's a delight, and the artist slides in a ton of smaller details for each character that makes it fun to go back and see what's happening. There's several plots going on, but a lot of it is just character driven stories.

‘Alright, fine,’ huffs Wei Ying, blowing out his cheeks. He adjusts his grip on the smooth hilt of the sword, as cold as wet stone beneath his palm. ‘How do I give this back to you?’
‘I must trade with you something of equal worth,’ says the strange man.
‘Uh. Okay.’ Wei Ying rubs his forehead with his free hand. ‘How about your name? Your real name.’ In case he needs to file a police report or stalk this beautiful, scary man on google or something.
The man looks even more angry. He pulls his shoulders back and draws himself to his full height, which is rather impressive and forces Wei Ying to tip his chin up slightly.
‘My name is Lan Zhan,’ the man says.

Summary
It’s 2 PM on a Tuesday and Jin Zixuan is curled up in the corner of a dingy basement laundry room, tears in his eyes as he struggles to understand why the universe—and this washing machine in particular—hates him.
And then the door squeaks open, and Zixuan’s only reaction is to stuff his face into his stupid quarter-zip like a cashmere fleece turtle.
“Is someone in here, or is the laundry room haunted again?” A man’s voice calls, and it’s almost jarring how friendly it is.“Again?” Zixuan hiccups.
Footsteps on the tile, and then there’s a man frowning down at him with open concern. “Aw, bud. Are you crying? Me too sometimes.” And he pops a squat, right there in front of the sad turtle man, and Zixuan gets a close up of the riot of tattoos on his arms and peeking through the gaping rips in his jeans. “I’m Wei Ying.”

In which Jin Zixuan gets cut off and is quickly adopted by a pair of heavily-tattooed magpies who teach him how to do things like do laundry, ride the bus, and take control of his own stupid life.

There are stories that you read because they're good and interesting.
And then there's this, which is both *absolutely hilarious*(the times I've cried because I was laughing too hard!) and sweet. I love all these disaster gremlins and would happily read another 200K of their adventures if it ever comes out. (Also don't forget to read the author's other Untamed stories, because the humor is always on point!)
