Summary
The screaming from the medbay ricochets through the halls of the tower. The only time it stops is when it's replaced by wheezing, when Peter's run out of air to scream with and all he can do is puff out high, thin streams of air.
All Tony wants to do is scream a bit himself, and beg to nobody who's listening, and pray, and pray, and pray.
