Summary
In which Regulus Black has an embarassing crush on James Potter, now that he had an unexpected glow up, and immediately goes to his older brother for help, rather than hide it from him. Remus is a reluctant bystander of the ongoing shitshow.
“Sirius ! What the hell ?!” He spat the second the doors before him opened and he was met with the face of his brother.
“What ? What is it ?”
“Why didn’t you tell me about James ?”
“Well, what about James ? Was he rude to you, did he say something inappropriate or something ?”
“What ? No- no, but he’s all” Regulus hesitated. “changed.”
He hoped this meagre explanation had been enough to contextualize his distress, but considering the looks both Remus and his brother were giving him, they seemed to need a little more than that.
“He’s like… hot or whatever ?” regulus quickly explained, entirely embarassed by the idea. “Since when?”
“Hum, Reggie," Sirius counters immediately. "James has literally always been hot.”
