POTS - Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndromeAbout 0.2% of the world population are diagnosed with POTS, 80% are women between 20 and 40 years. Diagnose factors: a difference in the pulse of over 30 beats between laying down and standing up within ten minutes, and then having a constant pulse of 120bpm or more. It mostly occurs after viral infections or surgeries, and in all forms of EDS.
