“Kuboyasu…” I call once more, my voice filled with a need to lighten the heavy atmosphere in the air.

Without thinking, I slowly draped the uniform on me, over both our heads, pulling us closer together.
“You’re going to get sick,” I laughed, gesturing towards his damp hair framing his face.
“No, it’s fine,” He chuckled dismissing my concern before carefully removing it from his own head and gently placing it back around mine once more, the weight of the fabric settling comfortably over my frame.
“You need it more,”
