Summary
Caelus, after not convinced by Jupiter, leaves the solar system entirely and goes out to look ofr planet X in the outerspace.
But the outerspace was not for the weak. the cold, the darkness, the unclearness... it was too much to bear all alone.
so he has no choice but to go look out for neighborly help first. He visits the Alpha centauri system. He seeks out help from the smaller star who was 2 planets. Proxima centauri sends Proxima C to mission with C̶a̶e̶l̶u̶s̶ Uranus.
