(Reichenbach was an ordeal of mess and miscommunication, and it resulted in so much unnecessary damage to everyone's relationships. Thankfully, Sherlock's learnt his lesson this time around - he's taken John with him. Problem is: he's failed to predict just how badly their conjoined disappearance would be taken - especially by Greg. When they return, it becomes clear the DCI didn't really cope at all.)

So fun fact. If Greg dies at age 39, that means he is at most 14 years older than Kate. Which means that Nick had to be born before he was 14 years and 3 months at the latest since Nick is older than Kate, and Kate had to be born when Greg was 14. He and Kalina were at the order together, before he was 14. So here is me exploring how that train wreck of a timeline could possibly work.
This is definitely the darkest thing I’ve ever posted, be warned.
I made Greg and Kalina two and a half years apart. In the first scene, Greg is 12 and Kalina is 14. When Greg and Kalina have sex, he is 13 and Kalina is 16. When Kate is born Greg is 14 and Kalina is 17. When Kalina gets with Roland, she is 16, and lying to Roland that she is 19. With Roland’s erratic behavior around Kate, I don’t buy that Roland was immune to Kalina’s magic. Neither Voron nor Roland ever found out how old Kalina actually was in this.
