Summary
The Grand Empire collapses after the death of Goetia who attempted to drink from the Holy Grail, upbringing the scourge, plaguing the nations with "Beastblood." It is on the brink of mass warfare between many of the Classes due to bottled-up disputes as well as conquest competition. As they are distracted with political follies, a greater evil slumbers, waiting to be awakened.
