“Oh, okay,” Rin says, distractedly, tugging on the drawstring. Her thoughts spool between her ears, tangling with his words, with the small cord holding the bulging sack together. It’s not until the plates lining Kaidan’s arm begin to bite, his posture suddenly taut, that the rope snaps. “Wait—what?”

Faelen is the Dovahkiin, and it came as an utter system shock, given that he was probably the least impressive Dragonborn in a long line of powerful ones. Barely hanging on, and running wild through Skyrim, he manages to accomplish some fantastic feats, all the while growing closer with his companion, Ghorbash, an older, stoic, but altogether surprisingly gentle soul underneath it all. But Ghorbash isn't the only man with his sights set on the Dovahkiin...
(I'm terrible at summaries but this is a definite slow-burn, very lore friendly, and it's also very polyamorous and the conflict does not come from straight up jealousy)

Summary

Argis the Bulwark is one of my favorite housecarls, but there’s so little backstory on him…
I made an observation on my current play-through that got me actually brainstorming on Argis though…I’m well aware that the game developers probably just used the same character models for certain unrelated characters for simplicity sake, but it gave me an idea.
