Summary
Toji finally ends his wasteful presence as the black sheep of the clan and sets off to live on his own. As he adjusts to a life of slaughtering sorcerers in exchange for money, his pride takes a blow when he is unexpectedly defeated by one of his opponents. What he doesn't realize is that what he wakes up to is a world outside of killing and cash.
