'Zero...' I smiled softly, tears stinging my eyes as blood pooled at my feet. 'You can be free.'
Zero's bared his teeth, his red eyes lighting up the room, glaring into mine, intense and hurt-filled. 'How am I going to be free when you're the only thing keeping me alive?!'
'You'll live.' I whispered as I felt the darkness lull me towards it.

or just a fanfic where the main guy went from being a hunter to a pureblood vampire, is gay for Zero, and adjusting to life when suddenly a ghoul turns up at his school and introduces him to a whole new world, plus lots of fun and cool plot that feels like it goes nowhere but trust me everything ties into each other (somewhat).
