  Summary

  Some sort of horror haunts the streets between The Bowery and Crime Alley. The horror has a name and likes to pretend to be a man. Or perhaps the man likes to pretend to be a horror. None of the neighbors bothered to ask questions on which it was.

  Or, how Danny comes to Gotham and takes up residence.
