L’alpha Lan Wangji monta rapidement les échelons du clan mafieux des Lan pour en devenir le plus jeune des exécuteurs, dépassant même son frère. Il avait la réputation d’être froid et inflexible. Il ne faisait jamais d’erreurs et il ne pardonnait pas ceux qui en faisaient. De toutes les règles qu’il suivait, celle avec laquelle il était le plus strict était la règle N°1 : Ne jamais s’attacher.

Wei Wuxian attendait d’avoir l’occasion de faire sortir Wen Chao de Nightless City. Il eut de la chance quand il découvrit un club exclusif hors du territoire des Wen que l’homme fréquentait. Le seul problème était que le club était dirigé par Hanguang-Jun, la rumeur voulait qu'il soit l'exécuteur N°1 des Lan, et qu'il était pratiquement impossible d’y entrer. Les seules personnes dont l’entrée était garantie étaient les VIPs (ce que Wei Wuxian n’était absolument pas), ou n’importe quel omega que Hanguang-Jun baisait ce mois-là. Wei Wuxian correspondait à son type, il décida donc de se faire passer pour la dernière conquête en date, une nuit pendant laquelle l’alpha ne serait pas en ville et ne pourrait donc pas vérifier son identité.Malheureusement, leur intel était fausse. Hanguang-Jun était en ville.

Вэй Усянь уже долгое время выискивал возможность добраться до Вэнь Чао за пределами главных владений Вэнь в Безночном Городе. Ему повезло обнаружить эксклюзивный клуб за пределами территории Вэнь, где тот был завсегдатаем. Единственная проблема - клубом управлял Хангуан-Цзунь, по слухам, главный решала криминальной семьи Лань, и туда почти невозможно попасть. Доступ туда открыт только ВИПам (которым Вэй Усянь определенно не был) или тем омегам, которых Хангуан-Цзунь трахал в этом месяце. Alfa Lan Wangji aveva scalato velocemente i ranghi della famiglia criminale Lan per diventarne la più giovane risorsa, sorpassando persino suo fratello. Aveva la fama di essere freddo ed esternamente inflessibile. Non commetteva errori e non perdonava chi lo faceva. Tra tutte le regole che seguiva, quella su cui non transigeva era la Regola Numero 1: Mai Affezionarsi.
Wei Wuxian stava aspettando l'occasione per beccare Wen Chao fuori dalla residenza principale dei Wen, la Nightless City. Ebbe la fortuna di scoprire un club esclusivo frequentato dall'uomo, fuori dal territorio Wen. L'unico problema era che il locale fosse gestito da HanGuang-jun, su cui girava voce che fosse la risorsa migliore della famiglia criminale Lan, oltre la difficoltà ad accedervi. Le sole persone a cui era garantito l'ingresso erano VIPs (e Wei Wuxian, decisamente, non lo era), o qualunque omega HanGuang-jun stesse scopando quel mese. Corrispondendo più o meno al suo tipo, Wei WuXian decise di fingersi la sua conquista più recente, in una notte in cui il boss criminale sarebbe stato fuori città e non avrebbe potuto verificarne l'identità.
Sfortunatamente, le loro informazioni erano sbagliate. HanGuang-jun non era fuori città.
