Summary
Lightning flashed and illuminated Stede’s face for a split second. It was harsh and cold. A bolt of fear rushed through Izzy, much to his horror. Stede wasn’t someone he should be scared of, the man was the human equivalent of a puddle for fucks sake.
Or at least, the Stede he knew before had been; this Stede was different. A sea in a storm, fire and fury coming out of the blue. Izzy hadn’t expected that Bonnet could have ever been like this.----------
Izzy is out of line, yet again. Stede puts him in his place the only way Izzy will understand: violence.
