Soulcalibur VI gives us canon information about Iska Acht's origins, however the explanation got lost in translation along the way I feel. Many people don't really know what to make of her, understandably so considering her origin is worded in such a confusing way. The explanation of her that has been the most commonly believed is that she is a genderswap of Iska Farkas, however this explanation is in direct contradiction to what is actually established in her background. Today I am going to break down her origin in a way that is hopefully easier for everyone to understand and then expand upon it with inferences. I am going to stick to canon here, I won't really be going into headcanons or anything in the main body of this analysis. However if you would like to open it up for headcanon discussion in the comments, I would be very happy to discuss with you!
