Summary
When Shinmi was reborn into the Naruto world she immediately vowed to never become a ninja like everyone else wanted to be. Taking lives with her own hand isn't exactly something she wanted to do.
That doesn't mean she isn't going to get involved with canon though.
Or: Becoming a reporter for all the injustices in the ninja world was like begging to be killed. Shinmi does it anyway.
