Summary
For the last few days, the oceans have been rough and no one has been able to explore them due to how dangerous the waters have become. For the past few days, Victor Nikiforov and his crew have been wondering what's been causing all this. They were left with no answers until the day he was given a rose from the ocean. So he goes down to find out where it came from and soon finds something even more spectacular; an ocean god.
