TagsSummaryQuietly, Sun sunk to his knees, ignoring the burning behind his eyes. He was meant to burn. Just like how he was meant to always be an outcast, apparently. Too big for the planets, too small for the other stars. Fine. Alright then! He was Helios Ra Apollo XVIII! He didn't need anyone! He was perfectly fine on his own! Their loss! The planets could go crash against each other for all he cared- he did his best! He did what he was supposed to! Let the planets abandon him, let them suffer without his mass, light, and warmth, let them abandon him and let him be all alone once again, fine! "...Sun?" A small, gentle voice asked behind him- but the star didn't even turn around to acknowledge him. Instead, he bowed his head lower, hair covering his face, his grip on himself tighter. "Go away, Mercury." Or The usually angry star does not like the thought of being alone.

TagsSummary"And what is your name?" ...Oh, right. "Well... I have many names!" Sun said with pride, his glow brightening up again. "Just like how your name means Zeus, my name is Helios Ra Apollo Inti-" Jupiter blinked. And made a face. The Sun paused. And chuckled. "...But I guess thats a bit of a mouthful for someone as small as you, huh?" It had never felt right to call himself by those names anyway, considering how the little star couldn't even burn as bright as the other stars. But then again... those others lost their minds. And Sun gained a planet. After a bit of thinking... Sun sighed. And he lifted his precious planet back up to introduce himself again, his tone soft and eyes cloudy. Jupiter smiled back. Lighting up his surroundings more than any star ever could have done. "...But you may call me... Sol." Or Unlike the Sun, the first time the planets woke up, there was light.
