Summary
Midnighter's throat is still there, beckoning to him. Bare. Exposed. And that coiled anger at Dell roars up inside him, a seething angry snake gripping his insides. He loathes that Dell was the last person to touch Mid there, that Apollo can't undo what Dell did, that in a way that part of Midnighter is still Dell's.
OR
Apollo uses his Captain's veto to take Midnighter’s place in a Winner's Room, and discovers part of Mid’s past.
